    I think that the attitude is what contagious, just like with obesity. If you are surrounded by people who believe that anything is possible, with minds open to anything, with the confidence to share anything, you adopt that same mentality. It may not make your ideas "good," by whatever standards such things are judged, but it definitely makes you comfortable exploring all the options imaginable. And without that, there can be no creativity. That's my own humble, non-creatively-titled, opinion.
